Olajuwon Cadle
Director, Producer, Editor and Content Creator
Hi! My name is Olajuwon Cadle. I’m a 24 year old Belizean-American content creator, and an aspiring film maker, producer, editor and Director.
I currently have over 8 years of Media Production experience, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production from the University of Houston, and I’ve created a career as a Content Creator/Media Personality.
I strive to explore my passion for creating, producing and directing. From social media to full length films, I aim to share and tell stories that are not only entertaining, but are culturally driven and encourage/generate a positive change.
About me
I’ve always had a passion for creating from a very young age, and while growing up in Belize, I found social media to be the easiest and most convenient way to showcase my talents.
I created my first YouTube channel at the age of 15 and began posting home made videos to a niche audience. I then created a TikTok page in 2019, to which I’ve since amassed a following of over 70 thousand followers.
Growing up in Belize has definitely shaped my outlook and perspective on culture, identity, and individuality, and it has influenced the way I create and direct. It inspired me to want to capture the daily lives of regular citizens and share the stories of everyday characters that often go unheard.
Over the years, I’ve learned to diversify my content and have created various comedic sketches, travel vlogs, educational content, and much more.
My love for creating inspired me to explore different avenues of content creation, which led to my very own independent film, “Destination: 501” and a podcast, “The Captain 501 Broadcast.”

I made the decision to enroll in the University of Houston’s Media Production program in 2023 because I wanted to further improve and nourish my creative skills in media.
The program has given me the encouragement and confidence to spearhead my own projects and inspire others in the field.
At UH, I’ve learned to navigate editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Davinci Resolve. I’ve also gained knowledge in camera operations, lighting, videography, and sound design.
It was also classes like “Documentary Film Making” and “Electronic Field Production” that further fueled my passion for capturing real stories and highlighting voices that are often overlooked.
